Fixed Price Repair

Computer repair doesn’t need to be expensive which is why Kent Laptops run a fixed price labour charge of £45.00 + parts.  All repairs are carried out in our workshop ensuring a more efficient service.  We do not send your items away to a third party company.  Unlike a lot of companies this is not a price per fault, this is a fixed price per device.

Terms and Conditions for fixed price repairs

£45.00 Fixed price labour charge applies to all repair services but does not include parts. Parts will be additional as and when required and quoted at the time of diagnosis.

All prices stated include VAT at the current rate.

Free diagnosis is available as well as a no fix no fee service. No fix no fee applies when the device cannot be repaired or is beyond economical repair.

We include liquid spills under our £45.00 fixed fee however no fix no fee does not apply and the £45.00 will stand regardless of whether the item is working or not.

Data Back up and data recovery are not included in our fixed fee as they do not form part of the repair process.

We are happy to fit parts that you have purchased yourself however we take no responsibility for the item you have purchased. If the item is found to be faulty we will contact you to advise.  If your device stays within our workshop whilst you wait for a replacement this will be covered under the fixed £45.00.  If the device leaves our workshop and breaks down during any warranty period this will be considered a new repair.
