About Kent Laptops

Kent Laptops was opened in Whitstable as a specialist laptop repair centre to serve the local community. We found that most computer companies are unable to carry out these specialist repairs in house and send them off to other companies. This means that you are without your laptop for far longer periods than is actually necessary.  By carrying out all repairs in house and having hundreds of parts in stock most laptops can be returned within a day or two.

Based in Whitstable, our workshop has been kitted out with state of the art tools and equipment to enable us to repair all kinds of laptop problems.

With over 12 years experience in the IT industry our engineers are competent in all repairs including to motherboard level.

We fully diagnose all problems before commencing work and all our repairs are charged at a fix labour charge of £45.00 including VAT.  We also run a no fix no fee service meaning that if the repair is not successful or is beyond economical repair you will not be charged for any work.  The only repair not included in this service is liquid spills; these carry a charge regardless of success due to the labour involved and the unpredictable nature of the damage that can occur.

Although specialising in laptops we also repair and maintain desktop computers including new custom builds and upgrades.

At Kent Laptops we take our environmental responsibilities seriously and where ever possible all old parts and laptops are recycled responsibly and anything that cannot be recycled is disposed of in accordance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) legislation.

We do not send your laptop away, All repairs are carried out in house.
